What is PiYo? Have you ever heard of PiYo? It's a high intensity, low-impact workout that uses moves from Pilates and Yoga. It increases flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular health without straining your joints.

Coach Janice Burke teaches live PiYo classes and runs challenge groups with the team for those doing the at-home workouts. She is able to help challengers with their form and answer questions on how to do specific moves.

Do you have to be young to do PiYo? No! Almost all the participants in the videos, including the creator Chalene Johnson, are in their mid-40s. Since PiYo is a low-impact workout it's perfect for those who have concerns about their joints, need to increase muscle tone, and flexibility.
Coach Tiffany Cortez started her PiYo challenge on June 30 and finished August 23, 2014.
Tiffany was able to lose 7 lbs and 8 total inches! She didn't think she would lose any since she was already at her pre-pregnancy weight :) She loved the support she got from her challenge group so much that she decided to become a coach before she finished her 60 day challenge to help others have the same life changing experience she had.
